Mr. Dickman is a Senior Policy Fellow with Argonne National Laboratory focusing on international nuclear energy, non-proliferation, and national security policy. For over thirty years Mr. Dickman has been involved in the forefront nuclear energy and national security programs in the U.S. and internationally.

He had held a position as Research Chemist with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) since 1978 and was appointed to the position of Scientist Emeritus in 2010.
