What is the goal of radionuclide therapies? The 3rd targeted radionuclide therapy conference hosted by NCI and SNMMI

The targeted radionuclide therapy (TRT) focuses on maximizing doses to tumors while sparing normal tissue. The National Cancer Institute (NCI) and the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI) held its third TRT conference on Dec. 16th, 2019 at the NCI in Shady Grove, Maryland, USA. Topics included 1) The current state of the science, 2) Maximizing doses to tumors while sparing normal tissue, 3) State-of-the-art clinical trial design, and 4) Strategies for achieving responses.
