Humans do err. Errors during medical procedures using radiation harming patients could happen. New IAEA training focuses on encouraging the right mindset and a strong safety culture in medical institutions to reduce overall doses to staff and unnecessary and unintended doses to patients. This new training material will be launched in May 2020, officially.
