A collaboratory research platform for PhD students in developing countries and experts from all over the globe was developed by IAEA doctoral coordinated research projects (CRPs). Involving countries including Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Israel, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, the United Kingdom and Vietnam. The remote mentors guide mentees on how to ensure the high quality science and research. Mentoring is one of the most effective development strategies for both mentees and mentors.
